Welcome to your on-line tour...
Accommodation
Cats are housed in their own secure accommodation overnight and have access to indoor and outdoor communal play areas during the day and are free to search out the sunniest spots.
We happily supply all sleep baskets and bedding, however if you feel you cat may like its own bed/ bedding thats fine too.
We adopt a Holistic approach to our guests' welfare. We know that there is more to an excellent stay than healthy food, and plenty of room to exercise. Each guest is treated as an individual with its own needs for love and mental well being.

Some of our guests are loners by nature, that's fine by us. If the guest demands a cuddle every minute of the day, that's fine too. Of course, we have chairs and benches all around the Cat Motel for us to spend time. We also spend time with the owner to check on preferences and requirements.
Staff
Staff are trained and experienced. All staff are trained in understanding animal behaviour and needs, animal first aid, and recognition of health problems. We can give medications. In emergency, we have an established relationship with an experienced Vet.
Of course, take it as read that we wouldn't be in the business if we didn't love and respect animals.
Feeding
Our guests are fed morning and night. The nutritional content of our foods is audited for quality by AsureQuality NZ.
We feed biscuits in the morning and wet food at night.
If your cat has special requirements please bring their usual food and we will be happy to feed it.
Exercise
We have plenty of space for guests to exercise with pleasant inside and outside areas. Most guests generally go out to play during the day - we don't force them.

Guests go into their units for feeding - as we know that some guests can go binge eating!!
